What User doesn't like about Wingstop:
I placed an order for delivery online, my card was charged but I never received my food. I called Wingstop and spoke with Bryan, who was nice. Michelle, the General Manager, got on the phone when I explained my concerns. She blamed DoorDash, even though I didn't use DoorDash. The first time with a wingstop. I definitely come back. A nice break from B-Dubs with (at least) good boneless wings and a small but good selection of sauces. I drove home for 20 minutes and the food was hot and delicious. Only real problem is that you probably order ahead if possible and get the food, no seating and not much space to wait inside. Important part to go good ranch with the wings! View all feedback.
