The food was flavorful and delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I did have some concerns regarding the cleanliness practices as outlined by the CDC. I noticed a staff member wiping down the tables and chairs with the same cloth that she used for the ice. Additionally, the cook was serving customers but I didn't see him change his gloves afterwards. My main request would be to ensure that they change g... View all feedback.

I had a taste for bbq and have seen sugarfire bbq standorte in st louis, so when this place opened in o fallon illinois, I decided to try it. I visited sugarfire during the Illinois band at dinner during the pandemic, so I had to go my order. I ordered some items to get a taste of the wide menu, I ordered ripening, brisket, sausage, and for page I ordered to drill, coleslaw and a kartoffel hasch with rib meat (I can... View all feedback.
At my first visit they only order meat. brisket and sausage. the braut is most worthy. offers, juicy and easily pulls apart. smokey goodness. the jalapeño was cooked properly. it has no unpleasant heat on it, either bud for my delicate taste. the service was fast. friendly chatter with the metzger who freshly cuts the brisket.
Food is great. Meat is very fresh, but overpriced. Prices are inconsistent. Picture below is a $23 salad. The first time it costs about $17. Yes I suppress salmon for Brisket and also comes with 2 ounces of turkey. A 4 ounce portion of Turkey and 1 salmon fillet is $17 and this contains no pages. They knew I was unhappy about the price. The worker stood next to my tray, which only had to put it in a to-go bag. She stood there and talked to an employee who then sacked my order. I want to love this place as an excellent protein option.
Sugar fire was great! I ordered too much food, but no regret! The beans were great, the causal was different, but good and meat was amazing. I've tested all the sauces and couldn't pick up a couple I've always turned back and forth. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and clean bathroom. I recommend a shot to them and I'd be back.
Good food, nice people, clean place, good parking and easy to get. For a year in town. Three of them. Unterstadt, The original with the cake making place next door on Olive and that a few times. Place is clean and people are freendly. No problems with the place. I have the 2 meats, mac n chese some of the sites do not have this) with scaled potatoes, cakes to go), drink and bottle soda to go about 23. Food was hot and excellent. Sauces are also good. They make their cakes. Can also eat outside. Love thier pure cane soda's. I thought they were all natural, but after reading the bottle not even close is my only complaint. You can also get the soda at the old Vincents on 12th in STL. Cool place and beautiful area. Pappys is also a place to try, but they sell quickly. Eighth parking and also small. No Mac and cheat unless you get something in the tedious place next door, which doesn't matter to them when you bring in. Fried corn on the cob then added sugar. Easy more.
You can't go wrong in the OFallon Sugarfire. Not all locations are the same. Food is not mass produced and distributed, so Ofallon is different (and better) than to say? edwardsville (just compare the apple cake and then try to argue with me). I miss the OG days when the OG STL sites had random sauces and random maize breads. But I'm happy that her Biz was good enough to surpass the test kitchen and franchise. Go BBQ
