It’s conveniently located near my home, the staff is entertaining, and the drinks are delicious! I can't wait to see what they come up with next!

We noticed the owner and his family seated at a nearby table, but they didn’t offer any assistance to the overwhelmed staff. It’s hard to believe he enjoyed his meal and drinks, considering the issues at hand, and we along with many others who were there will not be returning. Our server was on her first shift and had no support, which left her in tears. I've never witnessed such disregard for employees from a restaurant owner before.

She told me my bill was a certain amount, and I paid, expecting to r... read more Lastly, the bartender misrepresented the total cost of my meal and didn’t return my change. She told me my bill was a certain amount, and I paid, expecting to receive change to add to my tip. Instead, she pocketed all the change and walked away. I waited for a while but eventually decided to leave, which meant that the difference became her tip—even though at that point, the tip was over 25%. After I left, I reviewed my receipt and found out I had been charged significantly more than I should have been. Overall, she charged me extra and kept the difference without my consent. These issues, particularly the dishonesty and lengthy wait, greatly influenced my opinion of this place. I would recommend it, but only if they make improvements to their service.

My husband and I have been there a couple o... read more I don't usually do the whole review thing, but with the way things are right now, I have to give a shout out to Q64. My husband and I have been there a couple of times, and the staff, and food were phenomenal. I could tell the bartender was completely overloaded and of course they were short on staff... but Kennedy multitasked like a champ. Watching her and her counterpart Alex dance around the dining room serving spot on...was not shy of amazing! Food was delicious, hot, and drinks never empty. Way to go Q64. You are making it work! Definitely sending my friends your way!
