Longhorn Steakhouse - O'Fallon

From the moment you walk in until you leave, the service is incredibly friendly—possibly the best I've experienced in a long time. As soon as we entered, the hostess welcomed us warmly, expressing how glad they were that we chose to visit, and that without us, they wouldn’t be there. Our server, Gabe, was very attentive throughout our meal. I will definitely be returning.

We really enjoy dining at this beautiful restaurant. The food is delicious! Today, I tried the Parmesan crusted chicken, and it was absolutely scrumptious! Another favorite of mine is the mushroom appetizer.

The food here is consistently excellent, and the service is great as well. Keep in mind that weekends can be really busy, so it's a good idea to call ahead or check in online to minimize your wait time. Just remember to check in with the hostess when you arrive. I was really pleased that the manager resolved an issue with our check-in promptly. One tip: never order a well-done steak—it's a crime against good meat! If that's what you're after, you might as well stick to fast food. Don't let good steak go to waste!

20oz.Steak was good.Asparagus and baked potato were also good.Kind of wish the waitress would have come by a little more often but she was very friendly and hospitable as were the rest of the employees saying hello and have a great day

Typically the food and service are good here, tonight however, was exceptional! The same lady that I usually see seating everyone was there, she's always pleasant and genuinely thanked us for coming in. We had Anthony as our server and he was FABULOUS. He was so kind, he checked on us regularly, cleared any dishes and kept our drinks full, truly some of the best service we've had in a while. Loved him!! The food was also cooked perfectly. 2 of us ordered steaks, kudos to the kitchen staff because they were on par. Nicely seasoned and cooked just the way we asked, not a bit over done. And take a look at my salad it was as good as it looks! As always, we love the warm, inviting atmosphere, thank you Longhorn for such a great meal!
