Jack In The Box - O'Fallon

Well staffed efficient workers. I really enjoy the breakfast all day concept. However, there was no coffee at the time of my visit. I don't know if this a company policy or not.

They were short staffed I pulled in 35min before they closed. Workers were young (guess 16-20yrs old). They politely respectfully explained the situation. I was served in a timely manner with hot food the entire order was accurate. This location has some good workers, I can only hope they're treated the way they treat others.

I have not been impressed by any fast food service anywhere in over a decade, so this particular visit was a pleasant surprise. The lovely ladies who were working were so bright and cheerful! They were patient and very accommodating to our requests. Our large order was absolutely perfect, hot, fresh and packaged very attentively in such an organized manner. We appreciate the excellent service and quality of our food. I will likely choose to eat here over competitors just because of the outstanding service. It was such a breath of fresh air from the typical awful service that has sadly turned into what's normal nowadays. Keep up the smiles and fabulous service, it was very much appreciated!
