Hemingway's Zen Garden - O'Fallon

The best atmosphere and live music event in O'Fallon! We loved to sit on the terrace in autumn and wait for the terrace season in a few weeks. Look at this place if you don't!

First visit here and really like the vibe. Really artsy, and they have a fabulous **** Mary. The bartender was very attentive and even introduced himself and asked our names. They are also vegetarian friendly, and have a great happy hour. Loved it.

Surprising menu with a mixture of meat and fish and shrimp. Good choice of bottled beer and wine. They have a $5 happy hour on appetizers and drinks. We enjoyed dinner. The stuffed flounder was amazing, the ribeye with baked potato was decent but unevenly cooked. Creme brûlée for dessert was very nice and about as good as I've had anywhere.

I love this bar!!! The owner's are lovely, hospitable people. The bands that play there are always great! The ambience is perfect! We have a wonderful time every visit!
