I was a bit concerned after reading some recent reviews, b... read more We visited Clayton's tonight for a birthday celebration, having wanted to try it for quite some time. I was a bit concerned after reading some recent reviews, but we decided to go for it anyway. I’m so glad we did! Everything was outstanding! We were seated within minutes of arriving and received our drinks right away. Our waitress, Sierra, was fantastic! She was patient as we took our time to decide on our orders and was very attentive throughout our meal. We never had to ask for a drink refill. The food was incredible! There were six of us, and everyone enjoyed their meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The drive from Hillsboro, MO was well worth it. The food, service, and ambiance were excellent. Whether it's for a special event or a casual weeknight meal, Clayton's is a great choice. And make sure to save room for their incredible Pimp Cheesecake – it's a must-try!"

Kevin and his staff were fantastic and the event was well-organized with assigned table seating and food setup. I appreciated that we were able to relax and enjoy time with our family without feeling rushed. My husband and I have dined here a few times for dinner and have always been completely satisfied with the food and service. We will definitely be returning next year for Easter brunch. Thank you to Kevin and the staff for a wonderful experience!

The chicken wings are amazing! The cannelloni is the best I have ever had. The Cajun pasta is delicious. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is courteous. Kevin, the General Manager, makes it a priority to visit every table to ensure your experience is perfect.

We tried Clayton's last night for dinner hoping to find a new place to add to our list of favorites, and were very pleased with our experience! The food was all great so fresh and flavorful and the service was extremely friendly and attentive.

The neighboring bar was a little distracting, especially with children sitting at the bar and people screaming to other customers throughout the restaurant. However, the tables and even the ceiling fans were clean. I had the rib that was cooked on request. The side salad was a bit heavy on the oil. The bread was only brought out when the meal was served. I ordered a fucking Mary. It was heavy on the mix and light on the vodka. My wife had the Sangria spatter that was heavy on the peach of schnapps. Waitresses were very friendly, though busy. The waiting times were quite long on the number of customers, but again, Covid.

The highlight of our visit was our server, Dylan, who provided charming and effortless service that was truly refreshing. The owner, Kevin, graciously checked in on us a couple of times, which we appreciated. The Sampler appetizer was the ideal match for our Cosmo Margarita.
