Everything was fresh, huge portions and the atmosphere was a cool 50s diner vibe. Highly recommend!

Bishop’s is a m... read more I was out that way because I ran a race at Brommelsiek ? park and wanted to treat myself to some breakfast. But I didn’t want a big chain place. Bishop’s is a mom and pop kind of restaurant and I felt welcome as soon as I walked in.Breakfast and lunch kinda place, so you won’t be going there for dinner. But I wanted breakfast food for lunch and this was a win.Super friendly waitress who made sure my glasses stayed full and checked on me frequently. Ordered a make your own omelette with hash browns and sourdough toast. Everything tasted great!It’s nowhere near my house but I’d gladly come back if I was in the area.
