Regency Conference Center - O'Fallon

I went to this restaurant for their Mother's Day brunch buffet. The service was incredible; the staff were quick to collect plates as soon as you finished them. The food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The only downside was that the vegetables were cooked with pork, which was not suitable for a vegetarian like myself. However, there were plenty of other vegetarian options available.

I attended the Easter Sunday Brunch at the Ballroom in the Convention Center, which can seat over 500 people at once. The atmosphere was very noisy, and there was a shortage of staff to attend to the large crowd. Despite this, the food and variety offered were excellent, with all the expected brunch items as well as a full dinner selection. A pleasant surprise was the delicious leg of lamb. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I am uncertain if I would return in the future. The price was reasonable for the event, and my bill was adjusted due to the poor service. It took us more than 20 minutes and three different waiters to receive our drinks. I have heard they also host a Thanksgiving Dinner like this, but I would not choose to attend.

The food at this restaurant was good overall, but unfortunately the fried chicken was raw and they only served chicken breasts. The kitchen also did not refill items during the 2 hours we were there. We had to flag down a server to bring drinks to our table, and I ended up receiving three cups of cold coffee. Everyone in our party got cold coffee as well. The server did not pay attention to our order requests and brought the wrong drinks. We had a reservation for five people at table 40 on Easter Sunday at 1:45, but we were disappointed by the service and the quality of the chicken. We were considering returning for the Mother's Day buffet, but we are now looking elsewhere due to our experience. We had higher expectations for the Hilton Brand. Sincerely, Sandy Lukowsky.

This is the second brunch we've attended at the Regency. The food is always pretty good, presented well and very appetizing. The wait staff works hard and tries their best but do seem a bit inexperienced. I will go back for Thanksgiving and other brunches they host.

Food was good, but roasted chicken was raw, breasts only and kitchen never again the 2 hours we were hers. Had to find a server to bring drinks to the table, then got 3 cups of cold coffee itself. Also the server did not pay attention to order request with wrong drinks. We were table 40 Easter Sunday with 1:45 reservation for 5.
