After reading all the positive reviews, we decided to give this restaurant a try. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the hype. The menu was in Swedish with no explanations, making it difficult for us to understand. We struggled to translate everything in the dim candlelight, only to find out that the famous meatball dish was not even listed on the menu (you have to request it separately). We are not in... Delicious, expertly cooked dishes. Beautiful setting with a rich history. The restaurant seems to be short-staffed, but our server did a great job despite the challenge.
We had a wonderful time at the restaurant. The food was amazing, and our server Richard was very hospitable. The atmosphere was lovely and we made great memories.

I was impressed by everything, even when I accidentally spilled something on myself. This was definitely our favorite restaurant in Stockholm, and possibly anywhere in the world. We are not in a rush to return, but it was a full house so we recommend making a reservation in advance.
