never eaten so well in sweden (yes I am a picky French esser) was the homemade carrot apple tasty, fresh and very well connected with a creamy mayonnaise, crispy fried calale, a seasonal butternut and very fresh raw veggies. the non vegetarian dish was also fabulous: wildly cultivated midsole with such a good sauce that we all used my broth to the last drop for it! simply the best restaurant here in örebro! not to me...
