Logan made my food and he did soo good. It was my second time ordering a salad and the first time I didn’t get croutons and my tomatoes were whole. THIS time I got croutons and my tomato’s sliced into quarters! : and I’m not for sure on the app how to put meat and cheese toasted so I wrote it in the special instructions slot and he did in fact do it! What Steve Horan doesn't like about Subway:
Tonight 6, 16, 23. Placed an order for pickup for 8:15, I showed up at 8:35. The store was closed. No food for me to pick up and they kept my money. This store has become totally worthless to use in the evening because they continually close early. Even though their hours state they are open until 9:00 p.m. You should never use this restaurant for Subway until they change leadership or ownership or workers. View all feedback.
Adam at this location is a great addition! He’s fun, hilarious, and he’s very energetic! Has to be one of my favorite employees!

I went to subway with full intentions of ordering a 6 inch sub, getting my one year old one of their apple sauces and grabbing a Gatorade for the wife. I walked up to the service counter and began ordering my food. Everything was alright until I got to ordering my vegetables. A sauce I did not ask for was applied to my sandwich so they began scraping off the sauce. So I explained that I didn 't want the residual flavor from the sauce that I did not ask for and I would just prefer it be remade. At this point the attitudes started to fly from the manager on duty as she stated fine I 'll just do this. As she removed my meat from the already toasted sandwich. I said that wouldn 't work cause I wanted my sandwich toasted and as a regular they know I like it lightly toasted so i didn 't want my bread retoasted but it was an issue for me to just get my sub remade. I was yelled at by the store manager as I myself kept a calm reasonable and respectable demeanor. I eventually gave up on my sub and got my one year old his apple sauce and my wife her Gatorade at which point upon purchase I was told I was no longer welcome back at the store... so no I am not happy. And I do not think that the manager or her crew handled a CUSTOMER SERVICE job how any person in their right mind would hope it to be handled.... very dissatisfied with the fact that someone would be placed in charge of the operations of a store who is incapable of carrying herself with dignity and respect. Absolutely will not at any time soon be entering any store where she is employed. A bad day is one thing..... this is my second experience like this with this particular store and manager I asked for her managers contact info and was refused the number and told that her boss manages independence AND oelwein Stores and that she 'd be sure I 'm not welcome their aswell. please subway.... fix this problem... I enjoy the food but can 't enjoy it with people like this standing in my way. She received no disrespect from me and I can 't for the life of me imagine why she felt it acceptable to behave this way while on the clock I 'm a service position.
