The garlic bread in advance is only for those of you who do not have a dentist appointment the next day, as we advise from enjoyment. It is difficult to describe the opening hours here, because in fact the stable is not in the sense of a restaurant but a broom. For those who are not familiar with this expression, there is a broom before the house several times a year, then you know, aha, here it can return. Of course, our regional newspapers are open again, and there are also special besen guides in which all the brooms and their opening hours are listed. In the oil hall there are three deck chairs that have opened at different times as they do not want to compete. It is usually open from 11 a.m. to late in the evening. The locals are located in private houses and for the besenzeit are located in a built-in garage or in a farm table and benches. The tables are partly in an annex, partly in the yard, and depending on the weather you can take a place where you want. And above all you get a place, because this broom is very popular, and the cars are on the street. Then sit close and cozy next to each other, enjoy the oil bread wine or grape juice, and you can taste a typical besen dish. The most popular are the plucked Savenger with sauce, sauerkraut and bread for tuning. The herbs cook here all day and taste very delicious. You can also get slaughter plate or salt meat. If you don't like heat, you get liver sausage or cheese bread. In the past, the brooms were very appreciated because one could eat very cheap and drink. In the meantime, prices are almost adapted to those in a restaurant, but guests come in a crowd, it is also the atmosphere that is appreciated, and after a few quarters it is already possible that the whole table begins to sing.
