It's a solid traditional f... read more I'd always heard of SIMPS as a must-go in Porto Salvo, Oeiras—high expectations all around when I eventually arrived there for lunch. It's a solid traditional food selection but nothing extraordinary. You'll find regulars there, staff are friendly and you'll get a good general view of Portuguese cooking. Still, it's not a restaurant worthy of a trip on its own. It's a local Sunday family lunch kind of place.
