They specialize in the Porto-speciality and do a good job. But still not the way they do them up north. The best i tried were in Braga but if you are hungry for franceszinha in Lisbon go to Marco ! View all feedback.
What 345nunof doesn't like about Marco:
The claim of “Best Francesinha” is way too pretentious not to say plain silly. The “standard” Francesinha is okay but only with spicy sauce. The fries were soggy and not up to scratch. Couldn’t quite grasp what the decor was as it seemed a bunch of ideas from Pinterest but without a connecting link and a very oily floor and to have a logo with the Walt Disney font...guys that’s not okay. Ordered the ‘francesinha portuense’, it was delicious and plenty of it. The service and staff were very friendly and the food very reasonably priced. I would definitely eat here again.
Third time visiting Marco restaurant and again we weren’t disappointed! Best francesinha in town ! Highly recommended
