Texas Roadhouse - Odessa

We were randomly in Odessa for a football match and ate here on a Friday night. Very crowded. It seemed to be a lot of parking and many employees to handle the crowd. Many of us went in and got a hive and waited in our vehicle to beeped. Once inside, we were offered drinks immediately and given two dinner rolls and a tiny portion of butter. When our drinks arrived, I asked the server for more bread, as he only brought us two for five people. He said he would. He never did, even after asking for a second and third time. He served our appetizers with our dinner. The salads were good, the Sirloin Steak was hard and chewing, the guys ordered ribeyes and they were fat and not very well cooked for medium wells. The potatoes of the mash were immediately and tasted as if the cook had run out of liquid before the instant potatoes were properly mixed. If you pay so much money for a steak dinner, you should get homemade potatoes. I wasn't impressed, but fortunately I won't be in Odessa often.

We had no problem until my child sat in a wet seat and got wet. No problem yet. Apps ordered and only one. They turn waiters and so My other app never came there or ordered so that we eat and enjoy the food and waiters gives us the receipt that I was not ready for us still Dessert wanted. Food was great, but they need people skills

We were here on a Saturday night for our grandchildren's party. Our group sat right away and our waiter was great. The food came fast and right. And it was delicious. Thanks for feeling so special at the end of the evening. Food: 5/5

It's a great restaurant. Very clean throughout the building, even bathroom. You make such details in cleaning every stand and table I don't feel disturbed to sit on one. The servers can be very wonderful and friendly. Very patient and fast with food and greetings. The food is always excellent and if something is wrong in your opinion, it will be restored fortunately once you let it know. Child-friendly: You have a children's menu and are very sweet when it comes to children. Unlike most restaurants you hurry because the child takes 5 seconds to order. And they designed cups for children so they don't just spill what's great! Accessibility: There is a ramp to the door for wheelchair users, and there are a few tables / boats for a wheelchair to be accommodated.

Bad service we waited 30 mins each time for drinks. No water. No peanuts . And it was a friends birthday . Just a really bad server
