What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I placed my order through the app, and when I arrived at the restaurant, I provided my name. They acknowledged it, but then, out of nowhere, they couldn't locate my order. The staff member at the window had to make a physical call to the manager because no one seemed to know where my order was or what had happened to it. View all feedback.
This Sonic is near our house, but we won't be back. She served us our drinks while she talked on her phone. I had to ask for our food. After we left the food to have the wrong order. Very bad service!
Unfortunately, this is the second time within 2 weeks that my order was messed up. I will not be going back to that location again.Food: 1/5
Employees tend to always be very rude anymore. Definitely lost me as a customer
Told the girl what I wanted three times. She asked the forth time, and I left. Sad! Never again.
Chicken I got was old. Tater tots were old: I told myself I’d never come back to this location, but I was desperate and though surely they can’t mess up popcorn chicken, but I was wrong. Corporate needs to do something about this place, horribly ran. Just a terrible bad location. Sad really.
