Smokey's West Texas Bbq - Odessa

Basically the service was okay. We were the only people in line no one else behind us so they were not that busy. Befote they sent the order out they had put sausage in the place of brisket and had to change it. Then I ordered mom banana pudding for dessert. We live 32 miles from Odessa so when we got home the banana pudding was not there. Just a little disappointed.

Just ate there for the first time. Best bbq ever, Ribs , brisket and hot link . Mmmmm mmm. Not to mention the cherry cobbler with ice cream. Will go back very soon

There stopped today, ordered 1 piece of bark sandwich for my man (which waits after a doctor's appointment in the car) from the printed menu on the theke. price was turned on as $6.80 order and then hostess rings up order and tells me I owe $10.86 what? menu says $6.80 hostess says the prices rose and they had not changed the menu yet. with a hungry man waiting, I went away and paid and took that sandwich. I go and you will find a chopped beef sandwich instead of cut bark meat, no pickles or swirls (listed on the menu). he said sandwich would be okay, but not worth $10. be careful when they go there.

The brisket was like rubber, the sausage was the cheap kind from walmart, the greens were from a can, the ribs were OK. Burnt bread. Potatoe salad was ...don't eat here if you value your lunch money.

Very disappointed with food sorry but if you call that bbq I totally disagree and wish the best to improve because honestly that was straight up trash !! 2 slices of brisket 4 little cubes of links with beans and mash pots??? Nope not again sorry good luck
