Sid Sams Original Steakhouse - Odessa

The staff was fantastic, especially Dallas, the bartender, who is knowledgeable about all the best mixed drinks. The food was excellent as well. Everyone who tried his burger claims it's the best they've ever had.

The food was decent, but the temperature was off. When compared to other steakhouses in the area, the flavors and overall taste didn’t quite measure up.

I was initially doubtful about this place since it’s located in a strip mall, but wow, my meal was incredibly delicious! I ordered a medium rare steak, and it was cooked exactly to my liking with fantastic flavor. The service was quick, and I also tried a noodle soup that was absolutely delightful—fresh and homemade. I definitely plan to return!

I must say I had my doubts when we came in because his dinner time and his half empty. I'm Steak, so I ordered steak and shrimp. I have to say, hands down best steak I had. A Med-Rare and other Med-well cook obviously knows what he does. Onion rings were delicious, I would like to get more to start with. Bread was also delicious. The mac-n-cheese needs work noodles to mushy and cheese watery. Service was A1 our server immediately checked with great timing. Recommend this place
