What User doesn't like about Odessa Luv Pho:
I went at lunch time and was seated immediately, there was only two guys running the front and they were busy, it took a minute to get a menu but not long. I ordered and received my food quickly, the waiter was busy I asked for two extra things received one but it's ok not worth complaining so I finished and had to flag him down for a to go box but he was so busy that took forever to get I would definitely go back th... This restaurant is fantastic! The food was delicious and the service was also excellent. In my opinion, it is the best Vietnamese restaurant in northern Texas, from California to Dallas. I highly recommend it. Have a great day! View all feedback.
