Kaitlyn is a horrible manager let a call in seat before us we waited 1hr 45 minutes to be seated will never eat here

Me and my wife have had multiple dates here and it is always perfect. Staff is very hospitable and attentive, the drinks our beyond excellent and appetizers are so delicious, its easy to get full right off the start. I even took my employees here for an appreciation dinner and even though there was 9 people they handled it perfectly. The Odessa location is by far one of the best places to eat, not only for convenience but for the prices as well. I must say they go beyond expectations of any dine in restaurants in the local areas.

I've had it in many other locations but Odessa wasnt the place it was our server first she forgot to put in our appetizer then when i asked for extra plates and side of ranch which i never received and then she never came back to refill all in all it

Eat there last week, waited over an hour for service, 6 in our party, took them 30mins to get drinks, guests that arrived and ordered 30mins after us received their salads when we haven't we decided to walk out, after speaking to the manager about our situation, she seemed she didn't really care about it made sure that we would never return to this location
