Casa Olé - Odessa

We used to love this place. The fact that there were only a few cars in the parking lot at dinner time should have been a big clue. We will not be going back anytime soon. The food was so salty you couldn't eat it. The only thing that was good about this was the chips and red and green salsa.

I’m thankful I survived to share this. We agreed to eat here despite a food shortage, but what happened next was a nightmare…We arrived at 6:30pm, the time of our reservation for 9 people. We were seated right away and things seemed ok.When our food hadn’t arrived and our cups were dry at 7:30, concern set in.At 7:45 we learned one of the dishes couldn’t be made. We feared that meant another hour waiting but miraculously the food appeared at 8:00. Only 90 min after arriving!It wasn’t warm and even my four year old was scared to eat hers. Some of the chicken was brown.After some of our brave family members tried the food, we decided to go home for pb&j sandwiches.I would highly recommend thinking hard about putting yourself through this.

We met a couple there for dinner. Plenty of chips salsa, we added large queso to start. While the others ordered mexican food plates, I got the broiled chicken sandwich fries. I drank two margaritas. The sandwich was so good and drinks?were perfect. Our server was very attentive and friendly.

To start off I called them to ask about wait time and they said there was no wait, I get there 2 min after I called and they said there was a 15 min wait ended up waiting almost 30 min. I got seated and waited 10 min for a server to tend to my table, she got our drink order and brought it to us then she just left, we had to wait another 15 min for her to come back and take our food order. We waited another 30 min for our food and it looked and tasted like it was cooked in a microwave. We were never offered drink refills and when i flagged her down to get refills she said she would get it and peft the table, I didnt see her again after that. It was absolutely the worst service I've had at restaurant. I don't recommend wasting your money here.

Took forever for food to reach the table. A couple that ordered at the same time as us got their food, ate it, and left before we got our food. The food was horrible. 2 out of 10. Waitress didn’t keep drinks filled. The dust that we complained about being in middle areas above tables at the beginning of August was still there. Nasty!!! The manager didn’t even ask us how our dinner was. My husband said that for her to hear, and she walked away.
