What Raul Diaz doesn't like about Cake Mix:
Customer service needs to be better, cupcakes are good but not worth the price at al.. nice so now I'm a liar, if any one reads this. I recently ordered a cake for my husband’s college graduation and didn’t know if they would be able to accommodate because I procrastinated and waited until about a month before the event. They did an amazing job, better than the picture I gave them and it was so delicious people kept coming back for seconds.
