Burger King - Odessa

We had lunch here last Friday and it was fantastic. The Whoppers were fresh and the fries were served piping hot. Lisa always welcomes us like old friends, making us feel right at home—she's truly an asset to Burger King. Everything seemed to run smoothly behind the counter, unlike some other locations I've visited. The restaurant was also very clean. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

I placed my order through the app and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. They handed me my drinks first, but after a five-minute wait, they gave me someone else's order. It seemed they forgot to make mine, so I ended up waiting another five minutes. When my order finally arrived, the Whopper was messy, included items I had requested to omit, and the fries were cold. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and felt like a waste of money.

This Burger King was the best I've ever been to! Every time I visited, the original chicken sandwich was served hot and fresh, and it was the best tasting one I've ever had. The place always seemed super clean, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

I had the worst experience at Burger King. I ordered a sandwich, and the first one they gave me was cold. When I asked for a hot sandwich, the one they provided was scalding hot—I could hardly take it out of the wrapper. To make matters worse, I'm three and a half months pregnant and can't eat cold deli meat. Not only did I leave hungry, but I also felt like I was treated with attitude while I was trying to get my meal.

The manager is dedicated to customer service, and the staff is both attentive and friendly. The restaurant is impeccably clean, featuring a high-quality, modern design with artistic elements reminiscent of a tech hub office in the dining area. This is definitely the place to order from! Most importantly, my burger was served hot, juicy, and absolutely delicious!
