If the cleanliness of this restaurant is anything to do like the insides kitchen dining room area etc stay away!! The outside is littered with trash and it seems they don't care about any part of their parking lot or their immediate premises. They need to work on it. The food was great and the waitstaff were efficient. People in Odessa should take it easy with their reviews, haha!
You really need to improve your customer service in every area. When we walked in, we waited for a while, and several servers passed by without acknowledging us at all.
Alright, here I go. After reading all the reviews, I'm puzzled as to why no one is making an effort to improve the chaotic situation at this restaurant. It really doesn't seem to be up to par.
Placed my order for appetizer sampler and 15 wings and was informed it would be 15-20 minutes. They had our order ready in 15 minutes I was impressed until I opened up the boxes to eat cold wings.
We really enjoy the food here, but the service can be inconsistent. Make sure to double-check your order before you leave, just in case. The restaurant itself is quite worn down and really needs some updates. This weekend, we found out that Honey BBQ will no longer be available at Saucen. I'm not sure why this decision was made, but it makes me less inclined to return without that sauce option. On a positive note, the potato wedges are fantastic!
