Chaika - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Chaika:
Had lunch in уайка fish restaurant, went to order a bottle of wine only to be told they dont have it and they only have a certain wine. I then had the chicken noodle soup which was nice. Then for my main dish I had scallops in garlic sauce. The food was tasty but I will say that the service is laking a lot, the waitress never came near our table except to clear dishes, not even to clear away empty glasses or tissues...
