The atmosphere is rare in its calm—the only thing you have to do is let go and enjoy the moment. The staff, impeccable in every detail, takes care of the rest: top-notch service, attentive but never intrusive. I have one complaint, however, because one of my plates arrived with a hair in it. I fully understand that these accidents can happen, but at a restaurant like this, these incidents are particularly annoying. Overall, a great experience.
