Completely overwhelmed, unprepared and unorganized, cake was frozen, cups only half full, the menu didn't take us for 20 minutes, dessert was forgotten and then came after we asked. So I learned this industry but I still have something like today Didn't experience that, you probably didn't want to make any sales after this long Corona break. But the service was friendly. So everything could have been done better.
It's always amazing when the wine bottles start to be opened during the break at a sold-out Saturday evening event, the white wine doesn't come out of the fridge and you just have to get another case of beer. It wasn't due to a lack of staff, which is a shame.
Pretty decent for the edge
Contrary to previous information, there was no food during the break during an afternoon performance on Sunday and afterwards. A solyanka was then provided, which was more reminiscent of school meals. The menu has clearly deteriorated. The theater performance was great. The cheesecake was great, the cappucchino unfortunately consisted almost entirely of milk, minimal coffee content and absolutely no coffee enjoyment. It's a shame also about the money. Was the machine defective? Service: Dine in Meal type: Other
