Kfc - Odenton

Purchased a 8 piece chicken box from the drive thru. I get home and open the box. The chicken was old, dry, over cooked with an odor.I returned the uneaten chicken with the expectations of receiving a refund. This was impossible because the store does not issue refunds. They will force you to eat food that you do not want. The Manager provided a fresh bix9f chicken. After receiving old stinky chicken I did NOT want to eat any food from this restaurant. The shady store policy holds customers at a disadvantage. My suggestion would be to stay far away from this restaurant. Any stories you may have heard are most likely true.

This is the worst kfc I have ever been to. While I was ordering the person was rushing me through my order. Lo and behold they got the order wrong and the kfc famous bowl was disappointing to say the least. The chicken was extremely hard and dry and the gravy was disgusting. This place seriously needs an overhaul.

Stopped in to get take out dinner. Got home and realized I got the dried out chicken left over from lunch. Worst food I’ve ever tasted! My dog wouldn't even eat it!

Chicken was under seasoned, they only had one selection ready. The price for the quality was not

The day I walked into KFC, they were severely understaffed. As a matter of fact, the manager was the only person there. She handled the ordering, cooking, and serving up the food as if there was a full crew working, and she did it all with a smile.I actually asked if she was the only one working since she did it so well. She confirmed she was. I felt so sorry for her, but her dedication to her customers was outstanding, but don't tell KFC or they might fire everybody else and just have a one peraon crew all the time.Of course, the colonel's chicken was really good; that's why I stopped there for lunch.
