The day I walked into KFC, they were severely understaffed. As a matter of fact, the manager was the only person there. She handled the ordering, cooking, and serving up the food as if there was a full crew working, and she did it all with a smile.I actually asked if she was the only one working since she did it so well. She confirmed she was. I felt so sorry for her, but her dedication to her customers was outstanding, but don't tell KFC or they might fire everybody else and just have a one peraon crew all the time.Of course, the colonel's chicken was really good; that's why I stopped there for lunch.
I don’t know what’s been going on with this one over the last year or so. Used drive thru today to get a 3pc for me and tenders for my 4yo. Cole slaw and mashed potatoes both tasted “raw”. I don’t know how else to describe it. The reason for this review the tenders I had to park to wait for. Oh. My. God. Burnt and sinewy. Totally inedible. Luckily kid ate his fries. As expensive as kfc has gotten, I was so disappointed to have not only wasted but also have a hangry child on my hands.
Too slow service.
I've tried to give this KFC too many chances. This time I ordered the smash bowl and a 4 piece. Old oil and dark brown chicken. The smash bowl was a flop. Nuggets were hard and fries old. The best part was the customer service. The guy at the drive thru was friendly. Who is doing quality control.
