I placed my order in advance and picked it up at the store. The timing was perfect, and my food was ready right on time. Everything was hot and fresh. However, I gave it 4 stars for the food because the fries were a bit too salty—I had to shake off some of the salt.

I tried to bring it to the attention of the person who t... read more I visited Five Guys on November 17, 2022, around 7:00 PM, and there was an issue with the soda machine. I tried to bring it to the attention of the person who took our order, but he said they were too busy to check it out. I then spoke to the manager, who introduced herself as Nai. She briefly looked at the machine, sighed, and then walked away in a rude manner. I went back to my table to finish my meal, hoping she might return to inform us that the machine was fixed, but instead, she just went back behind the counter. I'm really disappointed with how she handled the situation.

HOWEVER, there were 5 people behind the counter, all of whom were goofing about loudly. Even though the place was empty, it took awhile for us to get our meal. And then we had to ask for our shakes which could have easily been made while we were waiting. The dining room was dirty and tables hadn't been wiped down. The staff seemed to be having fun, but I didn't.
