Dunkin' - Odenton

The service is not perfect, but this place is not bad, just a local coffee shop.

12/27/2020 10:37 My husband and I went through the ride. Who ever? Cash D? is very rude to my husband during his order. My husband tied the tongue and tried to say it quickly. The cashier then got an attitude to my husband, very obviously upset by him. Then on the window he told us absolutely nothing and just looked at us. Very rude. My coffee was on the spot, but the customer service sucked.

I recently visited my nearby Dunkin' at Piney Orchard Parkway in Odenton Maryland. And her coffee is always bitter. I thought it was a one-time thing or a two-time thing. But it approaches every time I go to Dunkin', it's bitter. I don't know how to fix this, I'm not a coffeemaker. Maybe you throw out the floor of the stack before you hand it over to an improper customer, again I don't know. I had to throw away my icy caramel macchiato, which should be sweet because it is full of sugar, but the sugar in it does not make the bitterness of coffee. I like Dunkin' and I like the convenience, but I'm trying to travel to other coffee houses if this bitter coffee is not reconciled.

You don't know what happened to this place was great before. I just got my order over grubhub. They did not remove the plastic from the cheese (see photos). The sandwich bacon is made instead of sausage and does not contain the hashbrowns.

My family?s donuts tasted like they were 5 days old. While our visit was in the afternoon, there is no chance that those donuts were made the same day. To top it off, the store is not participating in the county?s approved capacity of 50%. There is no seating available. On a positive note, my order was fulfilled correctly and (while not friendly) the employees were not rude.
