We went to both chaparro and chaparro natural and the latter is a bit better so I would go there. Having said that Chaparro is a good buzzy restaurant with lots of seemingly local trade which is always a good sign View all feedback.
Amazing dishes, great seafood and grilled dishes. highly recommended. nice service. do not expect a spectacular view, but a beautiful place to eat in the city.
This restaurant is hidden behind the main square and does not look much at the first sight. they don't let them turn off. the food and service were excellent. we enjoyed garneling, perseves and padron pepper and a series of fish and seafood as...mains all hot and incredibly delicious. a plaque of the deserts was sent out by the workers for us who we enjoyed with coffee and complementary digesters. the house wine was cheap and very drinkable. all in all a wonderful evening in a large traditional Portuguese restaurant
Large food from alentejo fresh from the bbq with good taste and portion! external seats and good service personal work.
This was the restaurant next door to our accommodation but turned out to be a good choice. Quite a few locals in, celebrating Valentine's day. Very attentive owner and a wide choice of seafood. We had clams and cockles...so yummy. Followed by a mix of...desserts which turned out to be about 6 different sorts of unusual puddings. A delicious meal.
Went here for a meal as it was busy so assumed it was good. However nothing was fresh, olive bowl looked like some one else has had it before us. Main meal very bland, and had to ask for the bill 4/5 times which took along time zzz....chicken kebab was good but the rest was very 2*. Shout out to the waiter who told us he was bringing us the bill 5 times
