A small traditional sushiya with a few counterseat in the ground floor and four low tables on tatami floor above. the menu is only indicated in Japanese, without photos and even without prices for individual nigiri. I do not think that the personal English speaks (we were greeted in Japanese and only spoken Japanese when ordering), so good Japanese skills, including Kanji reading, is important. the eating is excellent and the nihonshu (sake) was really amazing (to taste the junmai ginjo at 800 yen per cup).
It is very close to the odawara railway station. her special menu is jizakana sushi. (2400 yen) means local fish sushi. I had it and it was just delicious.
Excellent sushi! the midday sets are very good offers.
I had many sushi in my days and that was one of the better places. it is not cheap, but it is worth it!
A small restaurant in a small town. With very cultural service. With a very clean interior. With very good food. together with the group, we tried two dishes. sea bass, and chicken. both dishes prepared and served in a master style. tasty, beautifully decorated plates at the very beginning encouraged us to eat. it was also an appetizer. and drinks. it was complemented with dessert with pudding decorated with fruits. I would highly recommend.
