Mohican Ramen - Odawara

小田原で美味しいと聞き 気になり食べに来ました スープがひとつしかなく 芳醇だし 優しい香り 優しいスープ それに合う麺 美味しかった けど虫が入ってた 箸先で取りティッシュにとり マスターに見せたら 「入ってましたか」 Gではなかったので大丈夫と思い 残り少しでしたがチャーシューと麺はすすりました スープは気が引けたので飲めませんでした 帰りにマスターは 「ありがとうございました」と言って見送られたけど すいませんの一言もありませんでした 美味いラーメンだけに 地元民として残念です 家が近いのでまた食べに行くと思いますが 飲食を出すプロとして人して マスターにはもう少し考えてもらいたいです

小田原で無化調の美味しいラーメンが食べられるとの噂を聞き訪れました。東海道線鴨宮駅前の商店街に在りました。 店内に入り左側の券売機で特芳醇だし ¥1200)、相方は特塩 ¥1200)を購入し席が空いていたので着席して食券を渡して待ちました。ワンオペのためカウンター6席はちょうどいい感じなのかな。15分ほどで着丼、透通ったスープに餡多めのワンタン、まずはスープを一口、フワッとしたまろやかな味で出汁の香りが鼻から抜けてとても美味しいストレート麺も程よいコシで旨いローストしたチャーシューも絶品で食べ進めてると店主さんから「スープに浮いている黒い粒はカカオでかじると味変になりますよ。」どの事でさっそくレンゲでカカオをすくって人かじりしスープを飲むと香ばしさが増して旨すぎワンタンもプルプルであっという間にスープまで完飲してしまいました。 相方の特塩もカドのない優しい塩味でこちらも旨すぎ。 お店はちょっと狭いですけど、店主さんの接客もとても良く箱根に行くときには必ず寄って食べたいです。 ごちそうさまでした。
