On two occasions, I’ve been all set with my items and had to go find a staff member who was on their smoke break just to check me out. This needs to be addressed.

While I was there, the woman at the checkout was chatting with a Subway employee about topics that seemed inappropriate for a work environment, which made me a bit uncomfortable. I can't recall her name, but I believe it began with a "C."
