Was Dave Johnson at Georgina's a mag?
Wife and I tried their Reuben omelette (with sides) two days ago for breakfast. It was delicious. Also had a healthy stack of pancakes and eggs. Waitress (Amy) was very pleasant and provided outstanding service. I haven't been there in quite some time, but I think this will be our new go-to stop. View all feedback.
What Victoria Spaude dislikes about Georgina's:
This restaurant is extremely disorganized! They don't have consistent hours and open and close whenever they feel like it. I've never been able to reach them by phone to ask about their hours. I have no idea who runs this place or what's going on, but it has gone from being an average family restaurant to a real disappointment. The food was excellent and the service was great. However, the restaurant was quite cold, which was the only drawback to my experience.

There's a lack of updates and maintenance, both inside and out, which is very apparent. There's not much positive to say about this place anymore. I really don’t understand how they’re still in business; perhaps this is why they have such erratic hours. I definitely suggest looking elsewhere for dining options.
Great food and amazingly friendly staff. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in town.
I really enjoy this restaurant; it offers straightforward, delicious cooking without any unnecessary frills.

My wife and I tried their Reuben Omelette (with pastrami) for breakfast two days ago, and it was delicious. We also enjoyed a healthy stack of pancakes and eggs. The waitress, Amy, was very friendly and provided excellent service. I hadn't been there in a while, but I think this will be our new go-to spot.
A nice greasy spoon off of hwy. 16. We came for late brunch and the buffet had been sitting out for awhile. The staff was great and worked hard to accommodate our large group. Would recommend the breakfast here. Very tasty.
I've been here twice and the food was great both times. They never seem to have very many customers though so if you go you'll probably have the whole place to yourself. I think if they spent some time cleaning up the place (especially the outside) that might change but who knows.
I really enjoy this restaurant; it’s simple and focuses on good cooking without any unnecessary frills.
Mexican Eggs Benedict is a must-try! It's the best breakfast option here. Unfortunately, every time I visit, I leave feeling a little let down. However, Amy is an absolute delight, and my nephew and I always enjoy seeing her. It would be nice to enhance the atmosphere a bit, but I still recommend giving this place a shot, especially for the Mexican Eggs Benedict. Plus, the regular customers are always friendly!

This restaurant seems to be closed. There haven't been any cars in the parking lot for several weeks, and there's a recent "For Sale" sign out front.
The couple that runs the restaurant is incredibly friendly and always willing to prepare our meals exactly how we like them. The owner does all the cooking himself, while his wife takes care of the service. Our favorite dishes include their breakfasts, especially the eggs, omelettes, and American fries, as well as the roast pork and turkey dinners, all served with their delicious homemade mashed potatoes. The prices are very reasonable—it's fantastic to get a complete dinner with soup or salad and dessert for around $10. They also brew a fresh pot of delicious coffee for us every time we visit. Gorginas is closed from Sunday to Tuesday but is open until 8 PM on other days. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy a tasty, home-cooked meal at a very reasonable price.
