What Tori Hansen doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
Was seated and waited 40 minutes without acknowledgment from the wait staff, while several other tables were seated after and helped immediately. Saw several staff members gathered and visibly talking about/gesturing to us without anyone coming over, eventually decided to leave and told the host that we hadn’t been helped. Would not recommend. The Chili's Grill Bar in Oconomowoc is an excellent location. They have excellent and friendly service from start to finish. The food is top-notch, especially the chips/salsa and skillet cookie. The restaurant/atmosphere is clean and located in a nice area. I would absolutely recommend this Chili's location!
