I told th... read more I swear they have the worse service. There they can only take cash, okay, but after I've paid, they'll tell me to drive park and they'll get it to me. I told them two times that I wanted fire and mild sauce. If you tell me to park, please don't forget the sauce. She'll take it out, give it to me and leave. I look in my pocket and guess what's not a sauce. Must get back through the ride and wait until the people in front of me take care of, my food gets cold, get up, she looks at me and says, oh I don't have the sauce in. I know we forget all things, but I told her several times about the sauce, because last time I didn't get the sauce, but I didn't check it until I came home, so I had no sauce for my food.

I play rock-paper-scissors with one of the managers everyone calls Juice . If you go, ask for him. If you beat him, he will literally buy you something off the dollar menu. I mostly go because my kids love him. Even if I only do drive-thru, I 'll STILL only come to this one. They 've never got my order wrong and I probably go once or twice a week. My girls are really picky.

We asked for coffee, and even though t... read more Oh my gosh, this Taco Bell next to the Publix in Ocoee is really disappointing. You can never count on them for anything. We asked for coffee, and even though they just opened, they had none. Then I ordered a Sierra Mist, and it was just plain carbonated water—so gross! To top it off, they didn’t even have any straws. Seriously, why is it so hard? It’s really frustrating. They could definitely do better.

I waited at the speaker box for 15 minutes before anyone spoke to me. Delivery drivers were getting out of their cars and approaching the window to check on their orders. If someone has a large order that isn't ready, they should be asked to pull forward into a parking spot instead of holding up the line for over an hour. The drive-thru's layout doesn’t allow anyone to leave easily.
