I'm always amazed at their work ethic and no one is fakey nice which I LOVE. Fakey nice irks me.Like, I'm a customer not an audience member I don't want anyone forced to entertain me in my fav???? ??????????

Went to this location after the gym, about 10 mons prior to closing. As soon as I parked and got out of my car, they locked the door, and there were still other... read more Went to this location after the gym, about 10 mons prior to closing. As soon as I parked and got out of my car, they locked the door, and there were still other customers inside being served. I waited for the others to unlock the door to leave and asked what time they closed. When they said 9pm, I let the lady know she locked the door prematurely and her excise was she couldn't allow me service because the other customers had a big order and that's why she locked the doors. This is not good customer service. Why should I have to miss out because someone else has a big order? I would've been more understanding if I got there after closing. The drive through was also blocked when I first arrived at this location.

However, I think they should improve their system for managing a high volume of orders, particularly during events like "Red Cup Day." It can get quite hectic. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have staff with better customer service skills at the counter; the gentleman taking orders today was quite rude.

My order didn't get acknowledged for 30 minutes, even though I watched the whole room being cleared out as Lindsay asked other customers their names and orders. After waiting for 25 minutes, I mentioned my order, and she said that was okay. There's a purpose behind mobile ordering, and waiting half an hour for a cold coffee drink, along with a cold sandwich, is simply unacceptable.
