Smoothie King - Ocoee

I have been a die hard Smoothie King for years but this specific location is not up to typical Smoothie King standards. Placed an online order when they opened and then they didn't open at the posted time. Once they did open they were in turtle speed. My smoothies were 45 minutes past the promised time when I had already paid and no way to get a refund. Only 1 of my 3 was made correctly. I did the review on the app and was contacted by the regional manager (Adam). He assured me the GM would call the following week and issue a credit. It's been over 2 weeks and no follow through. I called Adam back to let him know I hadn't received any communication and he could have cared less! Poor leadership poor service and poor employees! I will not be returning to this location.

I've been here a couple of times, the first time I ordered the metabolism boost mango ginger smoothie which had Mangoes, Bananas, Spinach, White Grape Lemon Juice Blend, Vanilla Protein Blend, Ginger, and Fiber, it was really good, very refreshing and not too sweet. Second time I tried their Go Go Gogi crunch bowl which has an Açai base, Granola, Whole Blueberries, Diced Strawberries, Honey, Goji Berries (this was really good). I like that they have a drive thru too, this makes it very convenient to grab something healthy before work. Very friendly staff and quick service! Highly recommend!

Now I can say for sure that this place doesn’t make the smoothies from scratch… they adding ice cubes to make it cold … tastes like S..t but they have big tips glass. To get the tips you have to at least try…that’s the last time I was there .

I really love smoothie king smoothies. They are my favorite out of any other smoothie chain. I used to enjoy coming to the smoothie King in ocoee. Being that I live 30 minutes away. They used to have an employee of African American descent and she had two gold teeth in her mouth. She gave me the best customer service that I've ever experienced and it felt good to Drive 30 minutes just to get that experience. Now the younger employees that they have hired don't give that same level of customer service. It makes me question whether or not I should drive 30 minutes to pay for a 8 smoothie when I can just go to Publix and get the ingredients and making myself at home. I leave this review for the owner of the franchise. Maybe it's time to train your employees in the same manner that Chick-fil-A trains theirs. Now I can actually see robots replacing humans because humans don't actually give a human experience anymore.
