A few days later, I received an email from my credit card company asking if I left a 72%... read more I ordered a pizza for carryout for $11.17 and paid with a credit card. A few days later, I received an email from my credit card company asking if I left a 72% $8) tip on an $11.17 order at Pizza Hut. I checked my credit card statement and, sure enough, this Pizza Hut location manually and knowingly charged my card an additional $8 which I did not authorize, for a total of $19.17. That's called theft. I submitted a complaint to the store on Sunday, 11/12/23 and still have not been contacted, five days later. I will be submitting a complaint to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services and likely won't be doing business with this location again.

The past 2 times we'v... read more This location at West Road in Ocoee FL use to be good over a year ago. Last few months service, orders and cleanliness has gone down hill. The past 2 times we've ordered it would give a 15 minute pick up time. We would arrive and the order was either wrong or wouldn't be ready for a other 30 minutes past when it was due to be ready. The final straw though was last time we arrived near the end of August, my daughter pointed out that there were moving things on the counter. As we kept watching them waiting for our late order due to it being wrong again, we realized it was tons of baby spiders walking all over the counter near the register, across the area where they were placing food boxes and all the way to the other side near where we were standing. It wasn't a couple. There were dozen upon dozens. They went to place our food on the counter and I grabbed it before it was put down. Never again. Won't be back. Can't imagine how dirty the back is with that many bugs on the front counter. Shouldve asked for our money back instead.
