A few days later, I received an email from my credit card company asking if I left a 72% $8) tip on an $11.17 order at Pizza Hut. I checked my credit card statement and, sure enough, this Pizza Hut location manually and knowingly charged my card an additional $8 which I did not authorize, for a total of $19.17. That's called theft. I submitted a complaint to the store on Sunday, 11/12/23 and still have not been contacted, five days later. I will be submitting a complaint to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services and likely won't be doing business with this location again.
