The place appears clean, but that's likely because they hardly serve any food. I'm not sure how they manage to stay in business with such unfriendly employees.

The bread was tough, and the cheese looked very old. When I called to complain, the person on the phone was difficult to understand and refused to connect me to a manager, instead continuing to argue about the sandwich. After waiting 45 minutes, I ended up with a tough, stale sandwich—so frustrating and disappointing.
