The food was excellent, and I had a fantastic experience overall. The dishes were full of flavor, the portion sizes were generous, and the seafood was incredibly fresh. It can get a bit messy, but they supply gloves and bibs to help with the splatter. I would definitely return!
This was the best Cajun boil I've ever experienced! The crab legs were incredibly fresh, and everything was absolutely delicious.
I am thoroughly disgusted, disappointed, and dissatisfied with both the food and the service I experienced at this location. The oysters I was served were unclean, containing broken pieces and covered in unpleasant residue. I also found shell fragments mixed into the sauce on top of the oysters, which caused my back tooth to ache when I accidentally bit into one. I reached out to the management before writing this review, and although they assured me that their oysters are cleaned, they dismissed the photo evidence I’m including here. Instead of demonstrating good customer service skills, the manager insisted that the oysters were fine and claimed, “no one has ever said that before.” Do yourself a favor and choose to eat somewhere else, as this place is not serving food that is clean.
They don't offer metal utensils of any kind, other than some cheap crackers... I felt like I left a lot of money in the shell since there were no cocktail forks (or even regular forks) to split the sides of the shells. They give a plastic fork... and that lasted about one good attempt and broke. Very poor business approach, just to save money on hiring a dishwasher.
Very pleasant experience with exceptional service from the staff.
