The food was delicious, especially the bagels which were the highlight of the experience. However, that's where the positives end. Although the cashier was friendly, we found everything to be overpriced. A single side of cream cheese cost 2 dollars, which we felt was ridiculous. Additionally, despite the owners being present, only one of them greeted us. The place was untidy with ripped Coca-Cola trays and items strewn all over, giving it a tacky appearance. The artwork on the walls did not match the local area, focusing instead on Lake Eola which is a 25-minute drive away from Winter Garden where we were located. Another disappointment was that they did not toast the bagels, despite having an oven and ample counter space. While there were many sweet cream cheese options, there was only one sweet bagel choice - cinnamon raisin. The bulk bagel prices were reasonable and the bagels themselves were tasty, especially when paired with the garlic and onion cream cheese. Overall, the restaurant had great bagels but fell short in other aspects.
