The booking process was very simple and the staff followed up to the selection of meals and the day of the events. Event staff were great and about everything. Great location. Party guests had a great time!! I will definitely consider Game Time again for future parties! So much easier than in my own home.

The children here for a last _day summer_ fun time. The kids brought some of their pig money to play video games. That was Monday afternoon. The facility was ve... read more The children here for a last _day summer_ fun time. The kids brought some of their pig money to play video games. That was Monday afternoon. The facility was very clean and cool. Perfect activity to let children blow off steam from school in the last days of our summer holiday. This location is in Ocoee, so it was very slow not much of a deterrent. I wish the Community would support them more. It's expensive. I'm sure that's driving some customers away. The restaurant was empty, but Emily (Barkeeper) was ready for all the customers who came. The menu looked good and the packages I saw looked appetizing. The manager, although a large amount of licking, was constantly cleaning and checking the customers who were blown up. Special scream for Emily (Barkeeper.) She was very friendly and treated us with great care and fast service. Break the pig bench and treat the family to some air con and fun games at Game Time.

Also, some of the games will take credits off your game card but the game won't work. Happened 3x while we were there so that wasn't cool. Wouldn't write the place off though. Staff were really friendly and it was clean.

The people working there were great, but the general manager told us there was nothing they could do to reissue this kid a card worth 30 minutes of fakemoney. Cost him nothing but was really happy to watch a kid just not play with everyone else. What a sleaze ball.

I believe while I was there 3 employees quit due to some sort of management issue. Ended up leaving after we ate. The staff I did encounter was friendly andhelpful. Drinks at the bar seemed watered down or mixed incorrectly. Eat the food play the games but get beer.

They... read more I really enjoyed this place! It's perfect for both kids and adults. I've taken my 10-year-old son there a few times, and the service has always been great. They offer a bar and delicious food, along with a large arcade filled with plenty of fun games for everyone! The only downside I encountered was during my last visit when I brought my water tumbler. They asked me to leave it in my car, even though they have water refill stations available. Other than that, everything was fantastic!
