I lost my watch, and they went out of their way to help me find it. They were also super helpful with the games throughout the night. I highly recommend this place! The drinks are wonderful, and the staff is friendly and very accommodating!

We were uncertain about how things would unfold.... read more We had planned our daughter's birthday party at GameTime Ocoee, but on the morning of the event, she fell ill. We were uncertain about how things would unfold. However, the event team at GameTime Ocoee was fantastic! They quickly sprang into action, helping us reschedule for a new date, and showed such kindness and understanding. On the day of the party, everything went smoothly. The food was tasty, the 15 kids had a blast playing games, and the venue was just right for our group of 33. A special thank you to our event planner, Trinity, our host, Joey, and manager, Ariel, all of whom contributed to making this a wonderful celebration. Parents, if you're searching for a place where both food and entertainment are expertly taken care of, allowing you to savor precious moments with family and friends, this is definitely the place to go!

The sporty interior is beautifully designed. It’s easy to purchase game credits or pay by the hour, and the staff is excellent. Additionally, the restrooms are spacious and clean, and the entire venue feels safe and well-kept.

The facility was ve... read more The children here for a last _day summer_ fun time. The kids brought some of their pig money to play video games. That was Monday afternoon. The facility was very clean and cool. Perfect activity to let children blow off steam from school in the last days of our summer holiday. This location is in Ocoee, so it was very slow not much of a deterrent. I wish the Community would support them more. It's expensive. I'm sure that's driving some customers away. The restaurant was empty, but Emily (Barkeeper) was ready for all the customers who came. The menu looked good and the packages I saw looked appetizing. The manager, although a large amount of licking, was constantly cleaning and checking the customers who were blown up. Special scream for Emily (Barkeeper.) She was very friendly and treated us with great care and fast service. Break the pig bench and treat the family to some air con and fun games at Game Time.

A child accidentally left his card in a game, and no one was able to retrieve it. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the general manager informed us that there was nothing they could do to release the card. This was frustrating, especially since it cost the child valuable playtime—30 minutes of fun wasted over a card that truly didn’t matter much to the adults. It was disheartening to see a child left out while others played happily. What a letdown.

The booking process was very easy and staff followed up to go over the food selection and day of event workings. Event staff were awesome and on top of everything. Great location. Party guests had a great time!! I will definitely consider Game Time again for future parties! So much easier than hosting in my own home.

Also, some of the games will take credits off your game card but the game won't work. Happened 3x while we were there so that wasn't cool. Wouldn't write the place off though. Staff were really friendly and it was clean.

The people working there were great, but the general manager told us there was nothing they could do to reissue this kid a card worth 30 minutes of fakemoney. Cost him nothing but was really happy to watch a kid just not play with everyone else. What a sleaze ball.

They... read more I really enjoyed this place! It's perfect for both kids and adults. I've taken my 10-year-old son there a few times, and the service has always been great. They offer a bar and delicious food, along with a large arcade filled with plenty of fun games for everyone! The only downside I encountered was during my last visit when I brought my water tumbler. They asked me to leave it in my car, even though they have water refill stations available. Other than that, everything was fantastic!
