Usually my favorite sub. I just got 4 sandwiches for my family and spent $60 and I guess they are now deciding to give you half the meat than usual, less toppings than typical and basically all were bread sandwiches??. And the awesome pickle you get with your sandwiches?.. 1 out of 4 sandwiches had it. Guess I?m gonna have to search for another sandwich place. Soooo disappointed.

I know the delivery would be a little expensive, but when it said 5.19 for a side salad, I was shocked at the small part. There were huge pieces of salad that I couldn't even eat, making it so much less of a part. I paid for a large part and a side salad > 30.00. For what I paid, they lost a customer.

Today, when I called to place my order, Rose answered the phone right away—remarkably, I wasn't put on hold at all! She was kind, polite, and had a lovely voice. I was fortunate to meet her in person when I picked up my order, and she was also the one who cashed me out. Rose took the time to ensure that everything I ordered was correct, and she is genuinely the most pleasant person I've encountered in a fast-food restaurant in a long time. Thank you, Rose, for the outstanding service! I wish all employees were as kind and efficient as you.

She was kind, polite and has a lovely voice. I was lucky to meet her in person as she also cashed me out instore. Rose took the time to make sure I had everything I ordered and is the most pleasant person I?ve meet in a faster foodestablishment in a really long time. Thank you Rose for the excellent service, I wish all employees were as kind and efficientas you.

Horrible! Please check your order before you leave because they won?t believe you that they didn?t make your sub correctly! Leave you on hold for 20 minutes! Ha... read more Horrible! Please check your order before you leave because they won?t believe you that they didn?t make your sub correctly! Leave you on hold for 20 minutes! Had to go back, missed a whole lunch break to take my sandwich back because they they messedup, oh but the Manager knows she made it correctly!!! Manager, never got on the phone!!! Wanted too replace with a smaller sub,really!! However, when I get back the manager wasn?t the one that made it, but I already knew that! No apology just lookingsilly. Customer service is hard to find! Won?t ever return here. It can?t be that hard to make a sub, correctly! Terribleservice, go somewhere else!! Oh and the General Manager was there, what a joke!! I had no reason to lie about what missing ????
