This place reminds me of Burger King; both seem to be going downhill.

Although the display case was quite empty due to a busy morn... read more I visited the restaurant today around 11 a.m. to buy a dozen donuts for an elementary school party. Although the display case was quite empty due to a busy morning, there were still plenty of kid-friendly options available. I jokingly mentioned this to the friendly lady who was helping me. To my delight, she not only added a generous amount of sprinkles to the donuts I ordered that didn't have any, but she also topped up the sprinkles on those that already did, making them even more special for the kids. Additionally, she surprised me with a delightful treat for the teacher! I was truly touched by her kindness and thoughtfulness, and the entire class is so grateful. I hope her week is as wonderful as she made ours!

The staff doesn't... read more This Dunkin' recently underwent a renovation, but unfortunately, the employees haven't been given a makeover. The service here is quite poor. The staff doesn't engage with customers or even ask how they're doing. As someone who works in customer service, I understand the importance of treating customers well, and I think the management should consider addressing this issue.

She r... read more I had a disappointing experience at Dunkin'. The tall, slim lady with short blond hair was quite rude when I requested my coffee to be made a certain way. She refused to accommodate my request, saying it was busy and the storm made things difficult. However, many others, including myself, had to come into work despite the storm. As a paying customer, I expect my needs to be met regardless of the situation. Dunkin' should consider reviewing their staff's approach to customer service, especially when accommodating requests from the menu.

I’ve... read more If it’s around noon and you’re craving breakfast, avoid this Dunkin’ location. They often run out of bagels, sandwiches, and similar items by late morning. I’ve visited twice at noon only to be told, “Sorry, we’re just serving coffee and donuts.” This is disappointing for a Dunkin’ when many other nearby locations are willing to prepare breakfast sandwiches at any time. I recommend skipping this one.
