Dunkin' - Ocoee

So ridiculous that no one is in the drive-through and they make you park so they can bring you out ONE sandwich about 15 minutes later. Garbage. Do better.

Normally this Dunkin’ is good so I’m not going to give it the lowest amount of stars, but on February 15th, they sucked. After waiting 25 minutes in line, they then told me they had completely run out of expresso drinks at 7:50 am. And when handing out the food the worker looked like she would rather be anywhere elseEdit: since I posted my last review. This Dunkin has been so awful with every single aspect of what they do. They are constantly out of everything and are extremely slow. I would understand if they were busy and slow. But you could be the only one there and they would still take 20-30 minutes. Awful customer service. When they do have food it sucks. Every single customer service line by Dunkin doesnt even work. This store really just needs to close down so something better can take its place. This store is just a waste of space.

Incredibly understaffed, owners either aren’t offering competitive wages or they try to run a skeleton crew or both). It is a really a shame. I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks but I also value my time and can’t wait 45 minutes in line for a single coffee. I have compassion for the high school kids that work there; they have to take the brunt of their owner s) poor staffing policies. I hope they sell this franchise to someone with more acumen. Otherwise, this location is bound to fail.

Donuts and coffee sweet ,cheerful and somewhere quiet to sit for 10 minutes !

Just stopped at Dunkin donuts on my way to work on ocoee Apopka road and order the sausage egg and cheese croissant the croissant was so sloppy made I couldn't even eat it's like they were in a hurry and didn't care how the food was prepared I give them a one-star this restaurant they do not care about their customers!!!!
