Never seen people ta... read more I have a tendency in the area to experience some pretty bad service and this is bad even in comparison. Rude, slow and incompetent service. Never seen people take their job less seriously. Every step of the service is bad, had to give my order 3 times because they stopped listening or something. They had me pull up to wait for them to bring out my food and then it was cold, so what did I wait for?! Didn't bring me the sauce I PAID for. Only other time i went their i got the completely wrong order with similarly horrible service. Didn't go for months and thought I'd give them one more shot but will never go back. Usually like BK but this location is behind horrible.

The food is delivered cold and hard after long waiting times. It does not work anymore. They are far from being what they promote. He would simply demolish it and plant a tree in its place, it would be much more useful to the world than keeping its doors open.
