Staff was frien... read more I stopped in to try the New Real Country Style Rib Sandwich. It was pretty good, more of a smokehouse flavor than BBQ. Not my favorite sandwich. Staff was friendly and the sandwich came quickly. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of parking.

Manager rang it as a free sandwich, not fries shake. Said I couldn't use coupon for lower priced sandwich w/b. d email. When told amount, I said I wasn't paying for fries shake as they were free. Manager said she hitwrong key then they had asked if it was to go. I said yes, to go but they didn't make it to go but dine in. Not a pleasantexperience!

Before chec... read more I never got to eat at this restaurant. Their drive-thru closing time is listed as 1 am, but when I arrived around 10 pm, the lights were off inside. Before checking if anyone was still there, I looked at other reviews and saw that this has happened to several others as well. I tried calling, but no one picked up. They really should put up a sign if they're closing earlier than advertised.

When I finally reached the menu, they simply turned off the lights without saying a word. The person in front of me seemed to be at the window for about 10 minutes, and it didn't look like they even placed an order. By the time I could pull around, they were already gone.
